Two-Way Video Firmware Update
• Local video is displayed when call is placed
• Two-way video during communications
• Picture-in-picture displays local camera on both sides during communications
• Update will not impact other stations in the system
• Shutter on IX-MV7 and IXG-MK allow for privacy
The two‑way video firmware update for the IXG-DM7 entrance station allows it to display video from IX-MV7 master stations and the IXG-MK video guard station.
Video from the IXG-DM7 entrance station camera will be displayed on its touchscreen panel when the call is initiated.
Video from the master or guard station will be displayed once communication is open.
Picture-in-picture displays the local video on both sides.
The IXG-DM7 will only display its own local video signal when a call is answered by stations without a built-in camera or an IXG Mobile app.
Use the IXG Support Tool to update the firmware of the IXG-DM7-HID.
This will not factory reset, or otherwise remove any preexisting configuration of the station.
